Brad brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate to RSP, where he partners with Stephen on acquisitions, investment management, and investor relations.
Prior to RSP, Brad served as Senior Vice President at Armada Analytics, spearheading new business initiatives for their lender-focused services. He also held positions at Cushman Wakefield (Greenville, SC) and the Longview ULTRA Fund (Washington, DC & New York). At Cushman Wakefield, he facilitated over $500 million in office and light industrial transactions. With the Longview ULTRA Fund, he contributed to managing a $1.25 billion portfolio encompassing affordable housing, multifamily, and hospitality investments.
Brad holds a BS/BA in Finance from Appalachian State University and an MS in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University. He leverages his academic background by serving as an adjunct professor at Clemson University’s Master’s in Real Estate Development program, teaching financial modeling and real estate investments.
Stephen brings over a decade of commercial real estate expertise into RSP, where he and Brad work closely on acquisitions, investments, asset management, and investor relations. Before RSP, Stephen spent 11 years at Armada Analytics, most recently as Head of Underwriting and Chief Credit Officer where he oversaw Armada’s Underwriting department and the Dallas office. Under his leadership, the Underwriting team annually completed multi-billion dollar loan volumes for numerous Agency, Balance Sheet, and Private Lenders. In addition to his experience on the debt side with Armada, Stephen is personally involved in the ownership and asset management of multifamily and industrial assets in Fort Worth, TX, South Carolina, and New Mexico. Stephen graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Financial Management – Real Estate Concentration and a Minor in Accounting.
